Tuanjie Liu, born in 1969, is an Associate Professor in Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IECAS) and the director of the Editorial Department of IECAS. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Northwestern Polytechnical University, Electronics Engineering, in 1990 and 2000, respectively. He received Ph.D. degree in Institute of Remote Sensing Applications, CAS, Image Processing in 2003. From 2003 to 2011, he was working in the 8th Department, Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since 2011, he has been working in the Editorial Department. His research interests include remote sensing technology, electronics and information theory, mechanism, and system; electronics and information trends, frontier, and hot; electronics and information research institutes and researchers; etc..

Qian Chen received the Ph.D. degree in communication and information engineering in 2013 from the Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (GUCAS), Beijing, China. Since 2008, she has been with the Spaceborne Microwave Remote Sensing System Department, Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IECAS), where she is currently an associate research fellow. Her research interests include spaceborne SAR system design for advanced modes, SAR raw signal simulation, and spaceborne SAR signal processing. Now, she is working for Journal of Radars and Journal of Electronics & Information Technology in IECAS, responsible for the manuscript editing and peer reviewer assignment.

Rong Yu, born in 1981, is an Academic Editor working with the Journal of Electronics & Information Technology (JEIT) at Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IECAS). She received the Double B.S. and M.S. degrees in School of Information and Electronic, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, in 2003 and 2006, respectively. From 2006 to 2018，She was with the Division of Scientific and Technology, IECAS. Since 2018, she has been working in the Editorial Department. Her research interests include radar's technology and marketing management. In 2018, she began working at the Journal of Electronics & Information Technology (JEIT) , where she is employed as an editor and proofreader.

Ma Xiuqiang, an academic editor of the journal department, born in 1988, comes from Bozhou, Anhui province. He was conferred a master’s degree in remote sensing and geosciences of China University of Geosciences (Beijing)(CUBG) in 2018. He joined the Journal Department of Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Science(IECAS) of the Aerospace Information Research Institute (AIR) under the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2018. His research directions include remote sensing data processing and application, geodesy, geographic information system, geology, journal editing, bibliometrics, and so on. At present, he is responsible for editing and proofreading the Journal of Electronics & Information Technology (JEIT) .
